"Everyone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. I get having a cut off but most people are heading to the hospital and need to get breakfast. She should not be working around people. Other than that everyone else was so kind and helpful. Very clean and great room. "

"This was an experience that resulted in us planning our next trip/stay in Rochester. While there, we had the workout room/pool to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options for my family. The staff was welcoming and friendly."

"The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of options from fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, juices & milk, and bacon or sausage (depending on the day). The complimentary soup daily was also nice to go with our homemade sandwiches in the afternoon & evening."

"I give this Hotel high marks in all areas. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel, with different featured items each of the four days we were there. It also appears that they opened the breakfast earlier than usual on the weekend days because of the large number of people staying there who had to be out and about early due to a sports event. Wonderful!"

"Very convenient location, right off of interstate/highway 52. Lots of dining / shopping all within 10mins from the hotel! Breakfast was good, toast, bagels, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit. Cereal, milk, juices, coffee. Very warm & welcoming hotel! Pool hot tub was nice, towels provided. We were the only ones in there both nights of our stay! Walmart/texas roadhouse down from hotel. McDonald's & gas station on corner of the hotel street. Would highly recommended!! "
